…. in size and cheekiness.
A couple of days ago we spotted this guy again, this time through the kitchen window:
Lots of nice grass here
Hhmm…. , why are they looking at me? Good thing they are behind glass.
Oh well, – I’d better carry on with my meal.
I wonder if there are some better things to eat around here…
Hhmmm, – maybe over there….
Mmmm.. this looks delicious.. (My white roses)
Now, what are those two doing on the terrace?
Never mind! I’m not going to let them spoil a good meal.
Ok, ok, – stop the waving and shouting. I’m off.
(I can always come back after dark)

I looked up deers in Norway and from what I’ve read, I think he may be a Red Deer. You’re so lucky to see him so up close.
We have Whitetail Deer here. My son saw one this morning while out for a run but I’ve never seen one in the yard. Maybe I should plant some white roses 😉
Amy,
I am not sure what kind of deer we have here, but you are probably right. They are native to the area and appear in 4000 years old rock carvings a few kilometres from here.
Yes, white roses might help, – or even better: cabbages or cauliflowers. They absolutely love those and have to sample each plant at least once 😉 (I gave up on kitchen gardening eons ago)
Hei Eldrid
Så flott dyr og bilder. Må være fint å kunne se slike flotte skapninger utenfor vinduet.
I bet you miss the werewolves from time to time… 😉
Ingunn, perhaps I do. At least they did not eat my roses (I think)
Have not had a chance to miss the shadow yet.
